Case study: Website copy
When the team at Paragon Products came to me, they had gone from a family-run cleaning products business, doing what they had done for the past 30 years, to a company that had grown many times over very quickly due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The marketing team had been previously non-extistent and they needed a new fit-for-purpose website that could reach both their long-standing customers and a whole new realm of clients with potential big-budget contracts that had started to come their way.
Taking into consideration the business’s desire to be trustworthy, authentic, to-the-point and highly professional, I undertook the writing of the new website’s landing pages, as well as creating new copy for the product descriptions of Paragon’s extensive range for its new online shop.
Understanding how Paragon wanted the tone-of-voice to be and how important it was to be 100% accurate with its information allowed me to draw upon my skills of research and meticulous eye for detail. This was a truly collaborative process with Paragon too, which required me to be part of the all-hands-on-deck team throughout the duration of the project.
